Steady Company is a traditional and original country western band out of New Orleans, Louisiana that makes music for stepping with your sweetheart on a well-worn dance floor. Their name comes from a classic Hank Williams Sr. song.
Reminiscent of the golden era of country music, live shows evoke the charm and warmth of old records.
Their debut album, 'Diamond for a Dime,' was recorded with Andrija Tokic at The Bomb Shelter in Nashville, Tennessee.
Their live videos were recorded with Austin Artist Spotlight at Cedar Creek Studio in Austin, Texas.
Drawing from Appalachian heritage, Texas Western Swing, and New Orleans R&B, Arden MacDonald and Tennessee Dixon write original country songs that blend gospel, bluegrass, traditional jazz, and blues.
